Refund policy
Right of withdrawal:
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal:
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision through our contact form, by sending an email to info@northaviator.com, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return. You can also do so through your profile if you have a customer account.
Conditions for return:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, and with their original packaging and labels.
- Returns of personalized or made-to-order products will not be accepted unless they have manufacturing defects.
Return period:
Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw, you have 14 calendar days to return the products to us.
Return shipping costs:
The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund:
After receiving the returned products and verifying their condition, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Legal guarantee:
All our products have a two-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery, which covers any manufacturing defects.
