Shipping policy
Shipping Prices to Spain, Portugal, and France:
Orders over €100 ship free to Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Portugal, and France. Orders under €100 ship for €7. Taxes are included.
International Shipping:
- EFTA and United Kingdom: €35
- South, Central, and North America: €35
- Oceania: €35
- Asia: €35
- Africa: €35
Taxes payable by the customer in the destination country are not included.
Shipping Times:
Delivery times are indicated on the product and/or checkout page.
Lost Order:
If your order never arrived, let us help!
First, check your shipping confirmation and make sure you entered the complete address. If there is an error in the address, we will be happy to send a new shipment to the address you provide (although this second shipment will be at your expense).
If the shipping address is correct, please contact info@northaviator.com, including your order number. We will see how we can help you as soon as possible.
Damaged Items:
The last thing we want is for you to be left with an item damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with the following information:
1) Photo of the merchandise with the inner packaging: This must show that the packaging used protected the contents during transit. An image of the damaged merchandise inside the packaging, as it originally arrived to the recipient, is required.
2) Photo of the outer packaging, including the shipping label from the carrier: This must show that the shipment was made with the contracted carrier and that the claim pertains to the shipment. The photo must be taken from a distance where all the information on the shipping label is visible and legible.
Please remember to always check the condition of the box before accepting the delivery.
