These terms and conditions govern the use of www.northaviator.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).

The Website is managed by the sole proprietor Alexandre August Peñarroya Thurnher, with Tax Identification Number ES49488749V and registered office at Calle Cristofol Raventos, 2, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona, Spain (hereinafter, North Aviator).

North Aviator reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time and without prior notice. The applicable Terms and Conditions of Purchase will be those in effect at the time the user accepts the order; therefore, it is the user's responsibility to read them periodically.

1. Commitment to Proper Use of the Website

The user agrees not to make any fraudulent or illegal use of the Website. Upon any reasonable indication of such use, North Aviator may cancel any order or service requested and may also inform the relevant authorities.

2. Service Availability

Items from the North Aviator online store are delivered to addresses in Spain, the European Union, and the rest of the world, except for countries with restrictions, those affected by war, or those that are not members of the World Trade Organization.

3. Purchase Procedure

On the product page, to complete a purchase correctly, the customer must follow the steps indicated below:

- Add the product to the cart or continue shopping. To add the product to the cart and continue shopping, the customer must click on the “Add to cart” button. If, on the other hand, the customer wants to complete the purchase and go to the payment screen, they must click on “Buy now.”

4. Contract Formalization

All orders are subject to confirmation by North Aviator. Therefore, the contract will be formalized when North Aviator sends the order shipment confirmation. The items ordered by the user and listed in said confirmation will be the subject of this contract.

5. Price and Payment

The price of items in the North Aviator online store will be the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed. In case of a pricing error, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered the option of confirming their order at the correct price or canceling it. If contact cannot be established, the order will be considered canceled, and a full refund of the amounts paid by the customer will be issued.

Item prices include 21% Spanish VAT (Value Added Tax) and exclude any additional service charges, such as shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount before the user accepts the order, unless there are current promotions.

North Aviator reserves the right to modify the prices displayed on the website at any time and without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders that North Aviator has already confirmed.

Promotions and discounts will be limited to the dates and selection of items and/or services indicated in the North Aviator online store.

The payment methods accepted in the North Aviator online store are: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Bizum, PayPal, bank transfer, and financing through Klarna Bank up to €3,000.00.

For North Aviator, the security and confidentiality of online purchases is of vital importance. Therefore, purchases are made through a secure payment system, and data is transmitted in SSL encryption to the bank.

6. Product Availability

Adding a product to the cart does not guarantee its reservation. It is possible that a product may become unavailable before the purchase is finalized, even if it was available when added to the shopping cart.

Orders placed through the online store are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of order placement, North Aviator will attempt to locate the product. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified and the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

North Aviator reserves the right to remove any item from the website at any time.

7. Alterations Service

North Aviator's alterations service is not available for items purchased through the online store.

North Aviator is not responsible under any circumstances for alterations and/or modifications to items, nor for the final result.

For a perfect fit, we suggest that customers consult our size chart before making a purchase.

8. Information on Items Available on the Website

We provide information on the composition, care, and maintenance of the items available on the website.

At North Aviator, we strive to accurately reflect the colors of our items in the online store catalog. However, slight color variations may occur due to the quality of the photography and/or the monitor used to view the products. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the user's screen are exactly those of the actual product.
